Thomas K. Mead, P.S.M. - Vice President / Project Manager - Email Thom

Mr. Mead serves as Principle in Charge for a number of Surveying and Mapping Services Contracts that have involved all aspects of surveying to include Topographic Surveys, Boundary Surveys, As-Built Surveys, Construction Layout, Control Surveys, Hydrographic Surveys, Mean High Water Line Surveys, Quantity Surveys, Land Platting and Special Purpose Surveys or Miscellaneous Services, and most importantly the successful completion of these type of task assignments. Mr. Mead has been employed with Southeastern Surveying & Mapping Corporation for 24 years and has served as the Manager of our Chipley office since 2002. Mr. Mead attended Valencia Community College, Trimble GPS Training Course, Geoplane Training Course, and attends yearly continuing education seminars for licensing requirements.

Tony G. Syfrett, P.S.M. - Project Manager - Email Tony

Although Mr. Syfrett recently joined the SSMC team, he has 21 years of experience including all aspects of surveying to include Boundary Surveys, Topographic Surveys, As-Built Surveys, Construction Layout, Control Surveys, Tree Surveys, Plat Reviews Legal Descriptions. Eight of those 21 years he was Owner/Operator of his personal business. Mr. Syfrett serves as Project Surveyor for various Surveying & Mapping Contracts. Mr. Syfrett's responsibilities include estimating, project coordination and scheduling field and office personnel for a variety of survey projects both private and public and he serves on the management team for resource planning and business development. Mr. Syfrett attends yearly continuing education seminars for licensing requirements.

Brad Lashley, P.S.M. - CAD / Project Manager - Email Brad

Mr. Lashley serves as CAD/Project Manager for various Continuing Surveying & Mapping Contracts and has been employed with Southeastern Surveying & Mapping Corporation since 2004. Mr. Lashley's responsibilities include research, coordination, calculations and supervision of Surveying & Mapping projects including public and private sector projects. Mr. Lashley insures that all data is delivered in a format that is compatible with project specific databases. Mr. Lashley Surveying & Mapping experience began in 1999 and it includes all aspects of surveying and field application, Boundary Surveys, Topographic Surveys, As-Built Surveys, Land Platting, Control Surveys, Plat Reviews and Legal Descriptions. Mr. Lashley has previous experience with the firm Bannerman Surveyors prior to being employed with Southeastern Surveying & Mapping Corporation. Mr. Lashley graduated from the University of Florida, Bachelor of Science in Geomatics and attends yearly continuing education seminars for licensing requirements.

Lee Anderson, P.S.M. - Senior Project Technician / FDOT Project Manager - Email Lee

Mr. Anderson serves as Senior Project Technician and FDOT project manager. Mr. Anderson has been involved in the surveying and mapping profession since 2000, which has involved all aspects of surveying to include Topographic Surveys, Boundary Surveys, As-Built Surveys, ROW Surveying and Mapping, Construction Staking & Layout, Control Surveys, Hydrographic Surveys, Mean High Water Line Surveys, Quantity Surveys, Land Platting, Legal Descriptions and Special Purpose Surveys or Miscellaneous Services. Mr. Anderson is experienced in Field Team and project Management for, EFB/CEFB File Processing, CaiCE CAD Production, AutoCad production, Plat Reviews and Field Team Training for FDOT Projects. Mr. Anderson is a graduate of the University of Florida, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Geomatics, from the College of Engineering.
